The match began and the teams were evenly matched throughout. Numerous half chances were created by both teams but none were taken.

Then, after 25 minutes, we did not decisively deal with their long ball tactics and they run into our goal area. A penalty resulted, which they duly converted.

The team did not stay behind for long as 5 minutes later good build up play resulted in Clyde Saal assisting Keanu Kieser whose shot went low into the left corner.

When the 2nd half started, the team renewed their commitment to take the game to the opposition. Sadly halfway through the half, another long ball meant that we conceded. 

This did not dampen the team’s spirits however and they quickly regrouped. The team pushed hard for the equaliser but were unable to get it.
