Bellville City 6th side hosted Tramway for our first knockout game of the season.

Unfortunately it did not go our way, and the game ended 3-1 to Tramway – three good goals from the opposition and a screamer from Bellville.

We simply did not do enough to stay in the game and the knockout as a whole.

It was sad to see the behavior of the Tramway supporters and players, it was definately not in the spirit of the beautiful game.

However we as Bellville City remained composed and can say we got knocked out of the cup with our heads held high. Our focus now goes back to the league.
