We started with the same formation as the previous match and started really well with us creating quite a few good chances on goal and Campsbay hardly threatening on attack. Scored first but then immediatly conceded after the restart with our defense caught napping.

This rattled the guys a bit and when a well taken goal by Campsbay followed soon after half time we lost our shape and it fell apart a bit. Bad marking allowed Campsbay to score another which basically put the result out of our reach. We fought back well and scored a consolation goal just before the end to end up losing 3-2.

Michael le Roux’s tireless work rate combined with a lethal boot earned him his second brace in as many matches. Johan van Renssen was a shining light in the centre of midfield and gets the Man of the Match award.
