As a feeder team for the 1st and 1st reserves teams, we aim to develop and grow the young talent in our squad to potentially make the step up in future. The 3rd team combines a nice blend of experience and youth within the squad.
The 2023 season will be a positive one for the 3rd team if the young and more inexperienced members of the team step up and learn from the experienced players how to think on the pitch, be aware, calm under pressure and be positionally and tactically sound.
We will put everything into it but also ensure that enjoyment and respect all round stays at maximum.
