Good day all Members…
Things have been manic and busy for us all, but after the school holidays all is back to normal and in full swing.
I would like to say thank you to Lee (Queenbee) and the team for an amazing BINGO evening held a couple of weeks back, and a HUGE thank you to the club community for supporting this event!
A special thank you needs to go out to the 5th Side (Beefcake Legends) for collecting the most money for the event – with the most tickets sold! There was a great vibe and the “GEES” is back at the club!
Walking around and watching the football on a Saturday from the U7 to the First Side makes one proud to be a member at Bellville City! Thank you to the coaches for all the hard work as well as the dedication of the players and parents!
Lets all push and give it our all till the end of the season!
The team that I would like to highlight for the past month has to be the U/18 side – with numerous wins in the league and a knock-out win this past Saturday the side are showing tremendous skill and team work. “Victor” – the striker for the side has even made a debut for the First Team! This is what youth development is all about in the club and I an hoping this inspires more of the young players to play for the First team!
Well done to all and UP THE CITY!!!! HHHHHOOOOORRRAAAAAA……
