Our boys started off very well and Daniel scored the first goal off the match in under 5 minutes fro the start.

 

From that point on things went downhill for bellville boys. They defended well but just did not follow up when they gained possession of the ball.

 

Paul and Robbie did well in goal and managed to stop a lot of shots from the opposition.

 

My man of the match and the big surprise of the morning was Muhle. He shone in goal and despite he’s size stood his ground and kept out a number of good attempts by Edgmead.

 

Although some of our boys try very hard and follow instructions from the coach others are lazy and just stroll around on the pitch. Again i want to remind parents there is a difference between cheering your son on and giving him instructions during a game.

 

We have too many coaches on the field. The boys complained that they are confused cause lots of people are telling them where to run and what to do. Please parents Ian has spoken about this.

 

On a positive note the little guys tried very hard and we will continue to work on their passing skills this week
