These under 7 boys did so well this past Sat, even though its their 1st game of the season, they didn’t give up having fun.

In the first 10minutes our opponents, Tableview FC, scored 4goals leaving our young tigers in a spot of bother. However, we did not come to win, we came to have fun, to learn and at the end of the day we will win.  

The 2nd third was good for us, as one of our young tigers, Kyle Griebenouw, scored a beautiful goal.

At the end of the game, one of the boys asked what was the score, so Austen said “it doesn’t matter what the score is, as long as we had fun”.

Football at U7 should be about having fun and relating to the game, winning will come at a later stage. I am glad to say we won on the day by having fun even though we lost by 5 goals to 1.
