2024 Membership Subscriptions / Fees
2024 Registration Forms will be available SOON to download
Please download and complete in readiness for when registrations open – refer to Registration Requirements document for further information
Registrations for the 2024 season will open as follows:
- Registrations for Existing Members ONLY: NOW OPEN for emailed submissions / Club open for existing members on Monday 12th February 2024 / Pre-season on the 12th February.
- Registrations for New Members ONLY: Club open for new registrations on Monday 26th February 2024 / Pre-season 28th February 2024.
Please note the following:
- Students:
- Junior Fees Apply. Complete the Senior Registration Forms and include a copy of your Student ID card.
- Parents of ALL Junior & Mini Players:
- Per SAFA, ALL 2024 Registrations for Players born after 2002 MUST Provide NEW PHOTOGRAPHS as part of the 2024 Registration submission.
- Age groups into which your child will play during the 2024 season are defined per the table below.
Please download the Registration Requirements document on the right (when uploaded), to ensure that you have the correct forms and procedures to follow.

Existing Members ONLY:
If you are paying subs, please remember to comply with the following when you complete the reference details: “2024 S/J/M Initial Surname” – (S=Senior/J=Junior/M=Mini).
New Members:
NO EFT payments will be accepted. Subs must be paid at the club once registration has been confirmed due to limited numbers per age group/team.
Sponsorships:
If you are providing sponsorship monies to the club, please use “2024 Initial Surname” as the reference.
Subscription Fees & Registration Requirements for the 2024 season
IMPORTANT TO NOTE FOR ALL PLAYING MEMBERS: Players will not be registered with SAFA until SUBS have been paid in full. A player will/can not play ANY matches unless the player is registered with SAFA.
Applicable to all age groups, IN ADDITION to the stipulated forms per Seniors, Juniors or Minis – Refer downloadable BCFC Registration Requirements document:
New players (never registered with any club in the past):
- Copy of ID document or Birth Certificate
- 2 x colour ID photos
Transfers from other clubs:
- Clearance certificate from previous club with SAFA card, signed off by District Official
- Copy of ID or Birth Certificate
- 2 x colour ID photos
ALL FOREIGNERS / non-SA citizens need the following as well:
Whichever category above that applies to you PLUS the following
- Copy of work permit / residency permit / Visa – valid for the duration of the season
- Copy of ID or passport issued in country of origin
Seniors (u19 & Older): R2 100
SENIOR FORMS
As a Senior player, you will need to complete the following forms:
- 2024 BCFC Senior Membership Form
- 2024 CTTFA Senior Registration Form
- 2024 BCFC Senior Code of Conduct
Note to Seniors: All Senior players should submit new photographs to BCFC every 3-5 years at registration to ensure that they are easily recognizable on the newly issued players cards.
Ladies : R2 100
SENIOR FORMS
As a Senior player, you will need to complete the following forms:
- 2024 BCFC Senior Membership Form
- 2024 CTTFA Senior Registration Form
- 2024 BCFC Senior Code of Conduct

Juniors (u12 – u18): R2 100
JUNIOR FORMS
As a Junior player, you (and Parent/Guardian) will need to complete the following forms:

- 2024 CTTFA Junior Registration Form
- 2024 BCFC Parents Code of Conduct
Note to Juniors/Parents of Juniors: All Junior players should submit new photographs to BCFC every 2-3 years at registration to ensure that they are easily recognizable on newly issued players cards.
Minis (u7 – u11): R2 100
MINI FORMS
As a Mini player, you (and Parent/Guardian) will need to complete the following forms:
- 2024 BCFC Junior Membership Form
- 2024 CTTFA Junior Registration Form
- 2024 BCFC Parents Code of Conduct
Note to Minis/Parents of Minis: All Mini players should submit new photographs to BCFC every 2-3 years at registration to ensure that they are easily recognizable on newly issued players cards.
Social : R300
SOCIAL MEMBER FORMS
As a BCFC Social Member, you will need to complete the following forms:
- 2024 BCFC Senior Membership Form
- 2024 CTTFA Senior Registration Form
- 2024 BCFC Senior Code of Conduct
As a Social Member, you are not eligible to play matches for BCFC but are deemed a member of BCFC, hence have access to the club and bar facilities plus are entitled to vote that BCFC’s AGM.
Managers / Coaches:
MANAGER/COACH FORMS
As a BCFC Manager or Coach, you will need to complete the following forms:
- 2024 BCFC Senior Membership Form
- 2024 CTTFA Senior Registration Form
- 2024 BCFC Manager/Coach Code of Conduct
Note: Managers/Coaches also need to register, even if they not a playing member, as a card is required as well as being SAFA registered. If non-playing, please register as a social member by completing the same forms as the Seniors. This also applies to all committee members.
Please bring down your completed forms (refer “Registration Requirements”), the correct subscription fee (per above) and, if applicable, 2 x COLOUR passport/ID photographs, to the club on weekday training evenings between 6:00pm and 7:30pm.
NOTE: As BCFC now has a card facility, payment by Debit/Credit Cards can now be accepted.
