Philosophy: To play a possession fast paced attacking brand of football with emphasis on quality football using individual skills to achieve this
Objectives: Enjoy the season and matches while trying to achieve winning results at the same time but allowing the players to make mistakes which will allow them to grow as players but more importantly as individuals
